Sales Floor Associate - High-End Fashion

As a Sales Floor Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective selling techniques and product knowledge. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their expectations. In addition to providing excellent customer service, you'll also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including the sales floor and backroom. This includes ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll also work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the success of the team.
