Sales Floor Assistant

Job Summary:

The position involves supporting store operations and driving sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and assisting with visual and inventory processes. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring an organized and customer-friendly store environment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and modeling professional behavior. Partner with team members to support sales initiatives and deliver an excellent shopping experience.Merchandise & Inventory: Assist with merchandise flow, restocking, and organization of the sales floor and stockroom. Support inventory processes such as cycle counts, system updates, and RFID scans to maintain accurate stock levels.Visual Merchandising: Support floor moves, graphic placement, and visual detailing to align with company standards. Maintain clean and organized fitting rooms and selling areas to enhance the store’s appearance and customer engagement.Omnichannel Support: Contribute to online order fulfillment, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.Operational Tasks: Assist with merchandise transfers, returns, and defective product handling. Support shrink reduction and safety programs while maintaining compliance with company procedures and performance expectations.Qualifications and Experience:
