POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will act as a trusted style advisor and brand ambassador. This is an incredible opportunity for an entrepreneurial fashion professional to manage their own book of business, leverage social media, and build lasting relationships within the Houston community—all while backed by a premier luxury boutique environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clientele Development: Actively transfer, maintain, and grow a personal luxury clientele book.Schedule & Appointment Management: Independently manage your daily schedule, ensuring seamless client appointments and personalized consultations.Community Networking: Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation to network within the community to attract new clients and elevate brand awareness.Digital Brand Ambassadorship: Manage and curate a dedicated EA Stylist Instagram account to showcase new arrivals, styling inspiration, and drive client engagement.Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is a major plus).Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and exhibits a consistently positive, solutions-oriented attitude.Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule tailored to meet the evolving needs of a luxury retail business.Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise constantly throughout the day, as well as lift up to 20 pounds.
