We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Development Coordinator to join our team and help grow both The Tailory New York and Shao New York client base. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong network in fashion, bridal, creative, or event-related industries—and who thrives in a luxury sales environment. What You’ll Do • Generate new leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals • Leverage your personal rolodex of contacts in fashion, bridal, events, and creative industries • Book appointments for the sales team and support client follow-ups • Assist with CRM entry, client tracking, and outreach calendar management • Support our NYFW presentations, and client-facing events • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and messaging • You’re highly organized, goal-oriented, and persistent with follow-up • You’re confident communicating in person, via email, and on the phone • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch luxury environment • Able to work on-site in our SoHo studio Tuesday through Saturday
