We currently have a new opening: Responsibility includes taking orders by phone, email and fax, customer support for sales related issues, sales campaign management, event/tradeshow coordination, lead and customer database maintenance, marketing and advertising. The successful candidate should have life science-related background, be able to work independently as well as in a team. The candidate should have bachelor degree in life science or related field with 2-year sales or customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical/critical thinking and outreach skills.
