Sales Coordinator

POSITION: Sales Coordinator REPORTS TO: Director of Merchandising and Director of Sales OBJECTIVE: This role’s main function is to support the merchandising and sales departments by maintaining samples, sales reporting, sales tools/ assets and sample distribution management. Oversee daily sales functions throughout the company in conjunction with the sales team Manage and distribute weekly ATS reporting to the showrooms Assist the Director of Sales with weekly sales reporting Manage sales tools within Joor and NuOrder on a weekly basis Assist the sales team with all Joor questions Send out the internal and external change memos along with updated line sheets Manage visual and style information assets for all major accounts, international and domestic showrooms Organize and track samples for the sales and merchandising teams Attend and take notes during the weekly development meetings with PD Assist Director of Merchandising with reporting: quarterly sales analysis and major’s monthly reports to design Assist Sales Director with majors’ appointments by scheduling meetings and organizing samples Be the sales support for off price accounts by organizing assortment offerings with clear pricing and imagery. Support the merchandising and sales team with seasonal collection launch: SMS distribution, linesheet creation, Nu Order and Joor set up Work with customer service on providing all style information in a timely manner for international SMS shipments Work with international distributors each season to set prices Assist with seasonal line sheet shoot prep and lookbook shoot prep Work with the design teams to make sure all imagery is edited within a timely manner Recruit and manage merchandising and sales interns each quarter 1-3 years in a sales assistant or sales support role Great excel and Microsoft office skills Experience in NuOrder and Joor is a plus Must be located in the greater Los Angeles area This is not a remote position
