Summary Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, presenting curated looks, and closing transactions. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations.Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets through proactive outreach and clienteling.Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up communication and appointment scheduling.Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle exchanges or returns per policy.Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor.Collaborate with the store team on events, promotions, and inventory management.Requirements 3+ years of retail sales or styling experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail.Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a commission-driven role.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance and strong product knowledge with comfort using POS and clienteling tools.
