December Thieves is seeking experienced "all hands on deck" Sales Associates (full and part time positions available) for our Beacon Hill Store. Voted Best of Boston for six consecutive years, December Thieves is a design oriented business that carries new-to-market jewelry, home decor, personal accessory and clothing brands from emerging US and international makers and designers. This position is for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a small, dynamic and creative team that works hard and has fun while doing it! We encourage out-of-the-box thinkers to make a contribution to our organization's creative direction and get involved in tasks that fall outside of the typical sales job- merchandising, social media, etc. Qualifications: \- 2+ years of retail sales experience (in an independent, boutique setting a plus) \- Ability to work at least 3 days per week with 1 weekend day \- Excellent time management \- Tech savvy and comfortable using Mac computers \- Enthusiastic, outgoing and with excellent people skills \- Reliable and punctual \- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
