VIPWEAR, one of Michigan’s largest independent fashion retailers, is looking for energetic, motivated, and fashion-forward Sales Associates to join our growing team!
We are looking for individuals who love fashion, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.Help customers find the perfect outfits, shoes, and accessories.Drive sales by recommending products and promoting new arrivals.Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store.Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising.Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.Qualifications
Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required.Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.Strong communication and customer service skills.Passion for fashion, streetwear, and current trends.Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
