Blush Beauty & Fashion is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced beauty and fashion retail store specializing in wigs, bundles, beauty products, lashes, nails, cosmetics, clothing, accessories, and more.

We are looking for team members who are friendly, motivated, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping drive sales and maintain store appearance.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerHelp customers locate products and make recommendationsOperate the register and accurately process transactionsMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the storeRestock merchandise and monitor inventory levelsAssist with merchandising displays and product placementHelp prevent theft and follow store security proceduresStay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and salesWork as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goalsFollow all company policies and proceduresQualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferredBeauty supply knowledge is a plus but not requiredStrong communication and people skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDependable and punctualAbility to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when neededWeekend availability preferredJob Type
