Sales Associates

• Daily store maintenance/housekeeping duties. • Maintain knowledge of current trends and fashion styles to provide personalized advice and guidance to customers • Process sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy • Contribute to achieving store sales targets through excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management and loss prevention practices Requirements: • 1-2 years of retail/resale or consignment sales experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with fashion trends and a passion for women's fashion and accessories • Comfortable working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit card transactions. • Must be able to show up for work on time, be dependable, work flexible hours & WEEKENDS.
