We’re all about cute clothes, thoughtful gifts, and creating a shopping experience that feels welcoming, fun, and personal. We’re looking for a Sales Associate who loves people, has an eye for style, and genuinely enjoys helping customers feel confident and cared for. What You’ll Do: • Greet customers and create a friendly, warm in-store experience • Help style outfits, suggest gifts, and make thoughtful recommendations • Ring up purchases accurately using a POS system • Keep the store looking clean, organized, and merchandised • Unpack, tag, and put out new arrivals • Assist with restocking, fitting rooms, and general daily tasks • Be a positive, team-oriented presence (good vibes matter here) What We’re Looking For: • A people person who’s friendly, dependable, and upbeat • Someone who enjoys fashion, gifts, and helping others • Comfortable talking with customers and offering suggestions • Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment • Weekend and some evening availability required • Retail experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person Company DescriptionDarling State Of Mind opened in 2016, and is a privately owned company with three storefronts located in Louisville and a e-commerce website.
