Monkee's of Columbia is hiring a full-time Sales Associate who can transition to an Assistant Manager. We are an upscale women's boutique, locally owned and part of a 35-store franchise. We are entering our 10th year in the Columbia market and looking to grow our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of retail experience and significant social media experience. Responsibilities • Become a store expert by developing a deep understanding of our inventory/brands and applying that knowledge to customers' needs • Foster long-lasting relationships with new and repeat customers • Manage and implement Social Media campaigns • Manage daily business operations such as serving customers, managing inventory, managing in-store marketing, etc.
