Responsibilities

Greet and actively engage customers, offering styling guidance and product recommendations.Drive sales through clienteling, suggestive selling, and follow-up with clients.Maintain floor standards including merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation.Process transactions accurately and follow loss prevention and cash handling procedures.Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and support promotional events.Requirements

1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
