Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate / Stylist role based in Grand Rapids, MI.

The Sales
Associate / Stylist will welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide styling suggestions to help them build complete outfits and discover new looks. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, organizing merchandise, managing fitting rooms, and ensuring a clean, inviting sales floor. The role also involves operating the point-of-sale system, handling transactions, processing returns or exchanges, and assisting with inventory tasks such as restocking and tagging products.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.
Interest in fashion and styling, with an eye for current trends and the ability to offer personalized outfit recommendations.
Basic retail operations skills, including handling transactions, using point-of-sale systems, and supporting inventory activities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Reliability and strong organizational skills, including attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
