CRAM Fashion is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Sales Associate / Stylist to join our team.

We’re an established independent men’s fashion boutique looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and understands how to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

● Provide exceptional, personalized customer service

● Actively engage customers and drive sales

● Style customers and help create complete looks

● Build relationships with new and returning clients

● Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals

● Learn our brands, merchandise, fits, and current trends

● Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the sales floor

● Process transactions and work confidently with POS systems

● Assist with inventory, receiving, labeling, and new merchandise

● Support store events, promotions, and special sales

● Assist with social media content, including Instagram and Facebook

● Work collaboratively with management and the sales team

Qualifications

● Previous fashion retail or sales experience preferred

● Passion for men’s fashion and styling

● Strong selling and customer-service skills

● Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers

● Motivated by sales goals and commission

● Experience with POS systems preferred

● Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media is a plus

● Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

● Flexible availability, including weekends

Compensation

Competitive Hourly Pay + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
