Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate) Department: Retail Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee) Overview: Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. --Customer Experience • Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian's vision of "Every Day Should Feel This Good" to our customers through "Hosting the Party" • Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices • Ensures the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives. --Crew Development • Assists with training new associates • Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment • Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store's teams • Supports store and team-building activities with the management team • Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback • Positive outlook • Excited to get to know our product inside and out in order to offer style advice and help customers • Outgoing, friendly & personable with a positive attitude • Customer Service-oriented experience preferred but not necessary • Passion for the vineyard vines brand
