Sales Associate (Part Time)

We appreciate warm, talented, collaborative people to help grow our brand Our Charleston shop is seeking a Sales Associates who is passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience by creating a positive, inviting and engaging in-store environment. Ultimately, through this mastery of product and customer interaction, the sales associate will work to achieve both individual and collective shop sales targets. • Be openminded • Lead by example • Work scheduled shifts • Greet all customers with warmth & Sincerity • Create an environment of hospitality • Handle all customer concerns in a proactive, positive manner. Role Responsibilities • Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience • Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor • Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales • Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals • Drive sales through service & customer relationships • Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers • Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in • Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
