2ND STREET USA is opening a new location in Wynwood, Miami, and we are looking for energetic, fashion-focused Sales Associates to join our opening team.

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in bringing the new store to life. Associates will begin working on-site in October during the store setup period, helping prepare the sales floor, organize inventory, build merchandise presentations, and establish the store for its opening.

WHAT YOU'LL DOStore Setup & Opening

Work on-site during the October store setup period to prepare the location for opening
Receive, organize, and process incoming merchandise
Assist with merchandising and visual presentation of the sales floor
Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
Support opening preparation and grand opening activities
Learn and follow 2ND STREET USA operating standards and procedures

Customer Experience & Sales

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming customer service
Assist customers with product selection, styling, and general questions
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
Maintain fitting rooms and sales floor standards
Replenish and organize merchandise throughout the day
Create a positive shopping experience that reflects the 2ND STREET USA brand

Buying & Merchandise

Support the buying and selling process for customers bringing in clothing and accessories
Learn and apply company standards for evaluating merchandise
Stay informed about current fashion trends, brands, and customer preferences
Assist with processing, tagging, pricing, and organizing merchandise
Contribute to an engaging and trend-focused sales floor

Teamwork & Store Operations

Work collaboratively with Store Management and team members
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and professional communication
Support daily store operations and additional tasks as needed
Take initiative and contribute to a positive team environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous retail, customer service, fashion, or resale experience preferred, but not required
Strong interest in fashion, streetwear, vintage, and current trends
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
Willingness to learn buying, selling, merchandising, and store operations
Reliable, accountable, and professional
Comfortable working weekends and holidays
Ability to adapt to changing priorities during a new store opening

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry merchandise and boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work on-site in Wynwood, Miami during the October store setup period
