This is a full-time, on-site role (30–40 hours per week) for a Sales Associate & Manager Assistant at Monkee's of Knoxville. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with a warm, engaging, and personalized approachProvide styling recommendations and knowledgeable guidance on products, fit, and current fashion trendsBuild meaningful customer relationships and contribute to an elevated boutique shopping experienceProcess transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting roomsAssist with inventory management, receiving, restocking, and merchandise organizationSupport management with daily store operations, team coordination, and administrative tasksAssist with marketing initiatives, including product photography, social media content creation, and posting across digital platformsHelp plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and other customer-focused experiencesSupport community outreach efforts and local partnerships to strengthen Monkee's presence within the Knoxville communityCollaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and support overall store performance 1+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred; studies or experience in retail merchandising, fashion, marketing, or a related field are a plusPassion for fashion and knowledge of current trends and stylesExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong sales and relationship-building abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailCreative mindset with an interest in social media and marketingAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsPositive, energetic, and professional attitude
