Sales Associate/ Manager in Training

Inspyre Boutique is looking for a sales associate with the potential to be a manager in training at our current Park Meadows and Tennyson locations. We are looking for a great fit for our quickly growing team, tons of growth potential. Customer service oriented Sales oriented Passion for people and fashion Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with customers and coworkers. Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge of customer service principles and processes Knowledge of sales principles Relevant product knowledge and training Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment Basic business administration knowledge 3 plus years of customer service experience, retail a plus.
