Sales Associate – Luxury Bespoke Fashion

The Sales Associate will support our lead style consultant and founder in delivering an exceptional bespoke experience while helping grow DALYA’s client base. This is a part-time position with hourly pay plus commission. Conduct bespoke consultations in the showroomGuide clients through fabric selection, design details, trims, and buttonsMeasure clients and document specifications for custom garmentsBuild relationships with clients and support them through the ordering processSupport sales goals through excellent client serviceServe as a point of contact for client updates and follow-upsCoordinate fittings and assist during alteration appointmentsMaintain detailed client records and order notes in CRMSales Outreach Assist with DALYA trunk shows and pop-up events in other citiesConduct consultations during travel appointments when requiredShowroom Operations Previous luxury retail or luxury client service experience requiredStrong interest in suiting, tailoring, and personal styleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to guide clients through a consultative sales processDetail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable measuring clients and discussing garment construction (training provided)Willingness to travel occasionally for trunk shows and pop-upsAbility to work weekends when needed
