Achieve individual sales goals and maximize performance through elevated serviceDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and market trendsBuild and maintain repeat clientele using clienteling tools and resolve client issuesMonitor post-sale details such as shipping, alterations, and special requestsMaintain store presentation, assist with stockroom inventory and participate in physical inventoriesExecute POS/register functions and assist with shipping/receiving protocolsRequirements
Minimum 3-5 years retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury marketExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and perform frequent standing and walkingWillingness to adhere to schedule and participate in training and development
