BEACHCITY is a newly opened surf brand clothing store located in Seaport Village. We specialize in high end brands like Vuori, Patagonia, Brixton, Z Supply and Vissla. • Maintain positive employee relations and open lines of communication • Communicate with General Manager and Owner on coaching strategy and conflict resolution • Ensure that you and your team accurately receive inventory in the POS system in a quick and timely manner. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS Retail experience Proficiency with POS systems, inventory entry and credit card processing • Understanding of how to develop staff through experience in coaching, counseling, etc. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
