Your role is to offer a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize the sales and to establish long term relationships with the customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of Eres. Master sales procedures (including cash desk operations) Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms Participate to the reception of goods, to the stock management and to the boutique reorders An individual performance bonus of 10% of the gross fixed salary, calculated on the basis of the achievement of individual objectives set by the manager at the time of his annual appraisal interview for the calendar year in question.
