About the Role The Sales Support Associate role is a vital part of our store's overall success and efficiency. This demanding position requires direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing customers, leaving a lasting impression through friendly and efficient interactions at our cash wrap and well-maintained sales floor. • Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments, notify management of new products, scan cartons, communicate discrepancies, process shipments according to Coach standards, organize the stockroom, shift/organize product, manage stock levels, prepare cycle counts, and participate in physical inventory counts. • Sales Floor: Analyze sales floor replenishment needs, replenish shelves, react to sell-through, execute visual merchandising, support sales activities, effectively communicate information, respond to customer requests, and uphold housekeeping standards.
