House of Azadeh is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate, Fashion Stylist & Stock Assistant to join our team in Los Altos.

This is an opportunity for someone with a natural sense of style, an appreciation for exceptional service, and a genuine interest in fashion to grow within an intimate luxury environment.

The role combines personalized client styling with essential stockroom and boutique operations. From creating thoughtful wardrobe recommendations and cultivating lasting client relationships to maintaining an impeccably organized inventory, you will play an important part in the daily experience and presentation of the House.

You will represent House of Azadeh with warmth, discretion, initiative, and an uncompromising attention to detail, contributing to both the client-facing experience and the behind-the-scenes operations that support it.

Previous luxury retail experience is appreciated, but not required. We are looking for someone with the right presence, curiosity, organization, and instinct for service. Training will be provided to help you develop within the role.

The Role

Client Experience & Personal Styling

Create personalized styling experiences tailored to each client's individual taste, lifestyle, and wardrobe.

Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence, and discretion.

Develop strong knowledge of the House and its carefully curated collection of designers.

Introduce clients to collections through thoughtful, informed recommendations.

Cultivate meaningful client relationships through attentive follow-up and personalized service.

Assist with private appointments, trunk shows, events, and special client experiences.

Support sales through a sophisticated understanding of client needs and the ability to recommend complementary pieces.

Stock Assistance & Boutique Operations

Receive, unpack, tag, and organize incoming merchandise with accuracy and care.

Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is stored and easily accessible.

Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, transfers, and replenishment of the sales floor.

Ensure merchandise is properly steamed, folded, hung, and prepared for presentation.

Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management.

Support the preparation and organization of merchandise for private appointments, events, and special client requests.

Maintain the showroom and stockroom to the House's exacting standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization.

Assist with transactions and other day-to-day boutique operations as needed.

Brand Standards & Team Support

Uphold the visual, service, and operational standards of House of Azadeh.

Approach both client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes tasks with equal care and professionalism.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the boutique operates seamlessly.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, styling, stockroom operations, or another client-facing or organizational role is welcome, but luxury retail experience is not required.

We believe the right person can be taught the mechanics of luxury retail. What cannot be taught as easily is good taste, genuine warmth, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the desire to make every client feel beautifully cared for.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Sales Associate, Fashion Stylist & Stock Assistant

Location: Los Altos, California

Compensation: Approximately $24/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Part-time, including select weekends, holidays, private appointments, and events
