Job Overview In this energetic role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with diverse customers, providing expert styling advice, and ensuring our store remains vibrant, organized, and inviting. Responsibilities Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory or store management experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in multiple languages if applicable Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects is advantageous Knowledge of schematics, merchandising techniques, planograms, and interior design principles beneficial for visual presentation roles Experience with inventory management systems, POS operations, cash handling, and retail math required Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training & development of team members Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, remodeling spaces, and maintaining cleanliness Your energy and expertise will help shape our store’s success while advancing your career in fashion retail management.
