Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Deliver an elevated client experience acting as a brand ambassador - embody brand values, engage customers on the brand.Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales.Build lasting relationships with customers Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor.Follow all company policies and procedures.Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fitSeek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise Work with the team to keep the store customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and light cleaningThis role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties other than the one you were hired into Required Competencies:
