2nd STREET USA is a fast-growing fashion resale retailer blending buy, sell with a curated, trend-driven shopping experience. We are building a strong team to support rapid expansion and are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer experience.
Position Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging in-store experience while supporting daily operations. You’ll assist customers with buying, selling, and shopping, while maintaining strong product knowledge and contributing to store performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for fashion trends, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Assist in evaluating and processing incoming items from customersEnsure items meet company standards for quality and trend relevanceSupport tagging, pricing, and merchandising of inventoryOperations
Follow store procedures for opening/closing and cash handlingMaintain organization in stockroom and sales floorSupport inventory accuracy and daily operational tasksWhat We’re Looking For
1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferredInterest in fashion, streetwear, or resale retailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetReliable, punctual, and accountableAvailability for weekends and holidaysGrowth Opportunity
