The Sales Associate works with walk ins and website clients to assure a smooth sales process and to help customers with any questions they may have about the services provided. The associate will also be responsible for coming up with estimates for the work requested and for learning how to assess an item and price the work properly. • Welcoming clients as they enter the store and assist them with any and all leather repair/alterations inquiries • Ability to work well with a team While also focusing on the highest level of customer care.
