Job Description
Maintain daily order integrity through review of order status reportsManage order maintenance and issue resolution and reconciliation with customer service and the accountFacilitate RA requests and resolutionsWork closely with Product Manager on all cuts placed for the brand to ensure on time deliveryCommunicate with customer service, sales reps and buyers on PO issuesPrep and organize all samples in advance of meetingsAssist in the preparation of management meetings and market appointmentsPrepare marketing materials for showroom appointmentsAssist with showroom maintenance prior to, during and post line openingTrade show preparation and travelManage the creation of products to live within Nu-orderCoordinate all social gifting for influencer useOrganize marketing materials and line sheets for all appointmentsSpecial projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related fieldInternship experience a plusExcellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Simparel and SAP a plus)Nu-order and/or Joor experience a plusTeam player with strong interpersonal and communications skillsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to learn and growAbility to meet deadlines and follow up
