Who We Are

ROGIANI — a certified City of LA Legacy Business — designs and creates couture athleisure, activewear, and dresses in Los Angeles. Our showroom is on Beverly Blvd., near The Grove. Our collection is regularly featured in national magazines and worn by models, celebrities, and brand ambassadors. We also work with a PR agency on an ongoing influencer sample exchange program.

Who We're Looking For

A self-driven, entrepreneurial-minded assistant to join our sales team, supporting retail (showroom clients), wholesale (buyers and accounts), and our editorial, celebrity, ambassador, and influencer/PR relationships. This is a hands-on, in-person role — great for someone who enjoys organizing, reaching out, and building relationships rather than sitting behind a desk all day. We use AI tools as part of our daily workflow, and we're looking for someone comfortable working with AI to help organize, communicate, and move faster.

What You'll Do

Retail

Welcome and assist showroom clients with product questions, styling, and selections
Support private client appointments and fittings
Help process retail sales transactions

Wholesale

Outreach to set up appointments with buyers, ambassadors, and accounts
Assist with presentations to clients — by email, virtually, and in person
Track buyers, samples, requests, shipped orders, line sheets, and catalog in Excel/Google Sheets
Help keep every lead organized and followed up on

Magazines, Models, Celebrities & PR

Assist with coordinating magazine features and editorial requests
Support communication and sample tracking with models, celebrities, and brand ambassadors
Coordinate sample exchange with our PR agency for influencer placements
Help organize press and ambassador outreach alongside wholesale leads

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year of experience in women's fashion sales — retail, wholesale, or both
A strong sense of fashion and style, with an eye for what works on different body types
Natural ability to strike up conversations and start relationships — strong sales skills
Computer proficiency, especially Excel/Google Sheets/AI/Klaviyo/Instagram ads
Comfort working around a high-profile, fast-paced fashion environment
Own reliable vehicle for local travel to meet accounts and buyers

Showroom is on the 2nd floor of a secure, gated building — short stairs, no elevator
