Our client, an apparel manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the team in New York. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and assistant buyers across all accounts Prepare for market and assist in setting up the showroom for appointments Update weekly sales reports and ensure that correct inventory is available to buyers Send and track samples and packages for each account Enter all data for wholesale orders, take detailed notes and ensure that sample photographs are up to date Work cross-functionally with each department to make sure that orders are correct and ship on time Assist the Sales team with projects as needed Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry Excellent retail math, analytical, planning and organizational skills Proficient in Excel Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study Please submit your resume for consideration!
