SALES ASSISTANT

to Department Stores, Walmart, Target, Costco, and Amazon to name a few. Due to growth, the company is looking for a Sales Assistant to work closely with the sales team and elevate the brand. This role is closely involved in all aspects of sales initiatives including Sales Support, Branding, Administrative Tasks, E-Commerce, and management of sales orders. This is a multi-faceted position in need of someone who is effective, organized, takes initiative, and can adapt. Duties will include: Sales Team and Marketing Support: Track orders for sales team Facilitating paperwork and necessary set up forms Express knowledge of products Keep up to date with new product information Maintain cohesive brand voice and communication across all channels (website, brand book, presentations) Help work on presentations and one sheets for Sales Team Work directly with sales to strategize and grow individual accounts and overall business Assist in following up with key accounts and building relationships Maintain organized list of upcoming events and calendar Write up detailed meeting recaps for team Prepare samples for meetings or review Help prepare for and organize meetings Strong customer service skills A friendly outgoing, professional demeanor Solid communication skills Presentations: Should be Detailed and to the Point Express Knowledge of Brands and Products Capture Audience Attention Consistency Organized and Clear Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and presentation skills Must be able to manage multiple priorities, set and achieve challenging goals Understanding of B2B, D2C, e-commerce and private label channels Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally Work under the pressure of deadline and be adept at managing multiple tasks Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business Computer Software: Creative Suite Software, such as Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Office Suite, especially Google Slides, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Excel and Email All Candidates must be able to provide work related references.
