Sales Assistant

Kellwood designs, manufactures, and markets a growing collection of premier fashion brands across a broad range of consumer lifestyles including Democracy, Jolt, My Michelle and Briggs. Responsibilities: · Communicate with customer service with regard to bulk order entry · Work with Customer Service and the accounts on EDI/Order confirmations · Partner with allocations and the DC to ensure timely shipping · Create retail selling reports · Communicate with Design for style setup · Setup product in the showroom · Take showroom pictures of the line · Manage showroom and account samples · Manage available to sell reports · Assist Account Executive in showroom appointments · Manage the communication with the account for product and order setup Qualifications: · Data entry and confirming orders in the system · Experience working on a Customer Service or Sales team for an apparel brand/retailer/wholesaler ideal · Experience in Pre-production and/or Production ideal · Positive attitude, flexibility, analytical and takes initiative · Good time-management and follow-through skills · Good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint · Understanding of Microsoft AX ideal but not critical · Experience using Amazon's Vendor Central is ideal but not critical · 1-3 years of experience Compensation: The successful candidate will enjoy Competitive Compensation and Benefits, matching 401K, Flexible Spending Plan, Paid Time Off and more.
