Sales and Service Representative

Job Summary: You are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp activities and strategies to include Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp operations, and general operations. Core Competencies & Accomplishments: • Candidates must demonstrate a work history of 1-2 years for this role • Although having a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, candidates with a Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience are more desirable • Results: Solves problems and makes smart decisions that drive sales, profit and customer service; executes work effectively and efficiently; holds self accountable to a high standards to achieve results; adapts quickly to changing situations with energy and a positive attitude • Ownership: Delivering exceptional customer assistance; working together and nurturing positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships; assuming responsibility for individual actions and outcomes • Takes proactive measures to enhance the customer experience; exhibits confidence and bravery in adhering to ethical standards; executes tasks with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency benefits package including medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and 401(k) with Company match.
