About the Role The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for generating sales through exceptional customer interactions. A typical day involves: • Delivering an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience • Focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions • Handling customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures • Completing all assigned tasks efficiently • Executing visual directives and maintaining visual standards • Supporting high standards of organization and cleanliness • Upholding company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and Safety Program • Communicating violations directly to leadership or via the Silent Witness Hotline • Sharing feedback from customers to improve the overall experience Requirements • Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong communications skills • Excellent time management skills • Proficient in math and computer skills
