Customer Experience Associate Our PacCares program supports organizations that align with our initiatives surrounding mental health, diversity, and equality. About the Role The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for generating sales through exceptional customer interactions. A typical day involves: • Delivering an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience • Focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions • Handling customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures • Completing all assigned tasks efficiently • Executing visual directives and maintaining visual standards • Supporting high standards of organization and cleanliness • Upholding company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and Safety Program • Communicating violations directly to leadership or via the Silent Witness Hotline • Sharing feedback from customers to improve the overall experience Requirements • Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong communications skills • Excellent time management skills • Proficient in math and computer skills
