Sales Advisor - Waikiki Business Center

**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through our store, and actively sell our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Actively promote and sell our products to customers • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** We offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
