**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and actively selling our products to customers. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products, and promote our customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience, supporting them with direct customer service • Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information to customers and promote products • Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives • Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers • Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues • Participate in relevant available onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • Upkeep and follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools • Support with opening and closing of the store • Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** • Attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe • Staff discount card, usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online • Inclusion in the H&M Incentive Program - HIP • Access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off, including a community day to serve your local community • Ability to express your personal style with employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS • Inclusive company culture with a focus on diversity and inclusion • Opportunities for career growth and development • Access to a large global talent community
