**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and contributing to a positive store environment. You will use your fashion knowledge to guide customers through our store and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions. **Responsibilities:** * Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store, support them with direct customer service, and engage in conversations to provide excellent service * Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store * Effectively promote and sell our products to customers * Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives * Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions * Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team * Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers * Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers * Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues * Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store * Give and receive feedback with your colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other * Participate in relevant available Onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development * Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care * Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes * Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) * Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines * Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor * Upkeep and follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools **Qualifications:** * Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store * Motivated by giving customers a great experience * Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented * Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment * Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment * Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate ($14.00 per hour) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off * Employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS * Access to our Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) to find community and networking opportunities among colleagues * Opportunity to express your personal style with our employee discount * Part of a values-driven organization, guided by our 7 unique values * Inclusive company where you're encouraged to be yourself at work * Access to a large global talent community, where career growth and aspirations have no limits * Support for your overall wellbeing with comprehensive benefits and programs
