**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative retail environment. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and supporting them with direct customer service • Utilize fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers, and promote H&M's products and services • Work closely with the store team to maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, and ensure good stock levels • Participate in visual and commercial execution, including garment presentation and replenishment routines • Support opening and closing of the store, and follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements • *Qualifications:** We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, motivated by giving customers a great experience, and enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
