**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and actively selling our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available • Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Actively promote and sell our products to customers • Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** We offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
