Position: H&M Sales Advisor- Fashion Fair Mall As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and support them with relevant information for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house in collaboration with your team.A Day in the LifeWorking at H&M means no two days are ever the same. A typical day will include the following responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.Engage and converse with customers to provide a superior service experience.Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.Effectively promote and sell products to customers.Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.Support garment presentation, maintain attractive merchandise displays, and ensure clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.Maintain OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools such as Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.Support opening and closing of the store.Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.General InformationKeep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.Use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information with customers.Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, and trainings relevant for your role and future development.QualificationsPassionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store.Motivated by giving customers a great experience.Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment applicable to this role.Have experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.CompensationSales Associate Pay Rate: $17.50 per hourBenefitsAll employees receive a staff discount card usable across H&M Group brands in stores and online.
