**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Coastland Center store. You'll be responsible for welcoming and guiding customers through the store, sharing your fashion expertise, and promoting our products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Provide excellent customer service, including welcoming and guiding customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns * Use your fashion knowledge to share product information and make personalized recommendations to customers * Actively promote and sell our products, including our Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives * Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions * Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team * Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms * Participate in garment presentation, execution, and visual merchandising * Ensure good stock levels and replenishment routines on the sales floor * Support with opening and closing of the store and following all H&S guidelines and legal requirements **Qualifications:** * Passion for fashion and customer service * Motivated and communicative individual with experience in sales or customer service * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong product knowledge and fashion trends awareness * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 * Attractive benefits package, including staff discount card, access to H&M Incentive Program (HIP), and comprehensive benefits inclusive of health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off * Opportunities for career growth and development within the H&M Group * Inclusive and diverse work environment with a focus on employee well-being and recognition * Access to global talent community and Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs)
