**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our fashion trends and products, and working closely with your store team to deliver a seamless customer experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store, supporting them with direct customer service • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Ability to effectively promote and sell our products to customers • Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives • Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • Upkeep and follow best practice for any in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech services/tools, etc. (In-store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) * Support with opening and closing of the store • Following all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role • *Benefits:** • Attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe • Staff discount card, usable on all H&M Group brands in stores and online • H&M Incentive Program - HIP • In addition to our global benefits, all our local markets offer different competitive perks and benefits • Inclusive and diverse workplace with a focus on equal opportunities and a positive impact on our customers and communities worldwide
