Sales Advisor

**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and actively selling our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. **Responsibilities:** • Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience, supporting them with direct customer service • Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store • Actively promote and sell our products to customers • Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions • Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team • Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes • Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) • Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines • Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor • *Qualifications:** • Passionate about fashion and everything we create in-store • Motivated by giving customers a great experience • Communicative, creative, and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment • Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment that you can apply to your role • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • *Benefits:** • We offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe • All employees receive a staff discount card, usable on all our H&M Group brands in stores and online • In addition to our staff discount, all employees are included in our H&M Incentive Program - HIP • We value diversity and inclusion, and strive to create and maintain inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplaces throughout our organization
