You will be responsible for key account profitability and seasonal/annual sales growth and will manage accounts for both Major Retailers and Specialty and Independent wholesale accounts as a business owner driving to growth and profitability. Identify liabilities in markdowns and develop strategies to drive additional sales Discuss and negotiate customer budget plans and find opportunities to exceed them Work closely with Brand Management in Italy to ensure that all wholesale needs are met ie; market specific product development of exclusive items Work with account base to assure congruent merchandise assortment Maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts Domestic and international travel to visit accounts and buying offices, attend workshops, product development for US, etc Conduct in-store selling seminars for department stores and specialty stores consisting of merchandise features, fashion trends, and Zanella brand direction Support organization of in-store events, product workshops, and annual conclaves for key accounts Seasonal trade shows and/or trunk shows Monitoring deliveries to customers by considering monthly divisional shipping budget and customer receipt plans Inventory management including end of season initiatives Collaborate with fellow SAE’s and AE’s to develop a strategy on driving sales for both brands
