You will oversee and manage the development of creative campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content strategies that resonate with our target audience. Continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.Influencer Program Growth: Collaborate with the team to grow and scale the brand’s influencer marketing program, exploring new opportunities to innovate and engage with emerging talent and platforms.Social Media Strategy & Content DevelopmentSocial Media Strategy Development: Lead the development and evolution of Ruti's social media strategy across key platforms ensuring content resonates with the unique features and audience of each channel.Platform-Specific Content Planning: Oversee the creation and curation of platform-tailored content that stays true to the brand’s voice while maximizing the strengths of each social channel. Ensure all content reflects brand aesthetics, tone, and key messaging.Community Building & Engagement: Foster vibrant and engaged communities on each social platform by developing content that sparks conversation, encourages user-generated content, and builds long-term brand affinity. Actively engage with followers to maintain a strong, positive presence.Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay on top of platform-specific trends, challenges, and content formats to ensure Ruti remains culturally relevant and adapts quickly to new social media dynamics.Measurement & OptimizationData-Driven Insights: Utilize social media and influencer marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Experience with influencer contract negotiations, campaign management, and performance optimization.Collaboration & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in social media and influencer marketing analytics tools, with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and drive innovative social media and influencer campaigns that resonate with the target audience.Team Management: Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals.
