Reporting into the Design Directors of RTW, the key function of this role is to work closely with the Design Directors to fulfill the seasonal Dresses (non-occasion), Pants, Shorts, and Outerwear categories. The RTW Designer will work closely with directors on mainline and capsule collections. • Provide sketch updates, CAD updates, and/or color & material changes • Responsible for all assigned tech packs for mainline and capsule collections. • Maintain clear understanding of best performing fabrics and proven styles in order to build the business of franchise shapes along with fashion styles. • Ability to clearly articulate a point of view.
